It can be difficult to keep up with the day-to-day management of your rental properties, not to mention frequent changes in landlord-tenant laws and court interpretations of the laws. Landlords have to do everything right or pay a very high price. It is also time consuming to qualify tenants, collect rent, and make repairs, while managing the day-to-day details of your own life. VIP is a mid-sized management company that's large enough to be open Monday through Friday 8:30-5, but small enough to give you and your property individualized attention. We don't charge set-up fees, nor do we mark up owner repair bills as many companies do, but we do require a one-year minimum commitment from you. After the first year the agreement may be cancelled without penalty with 45 days written notice. Once we sign an agreement, we can take charge of preparing the property to rent, getting your property advertised, finding suitable tenants, and starting to collect rent.

Our strict tenant screening criteria helps us get a better quality of tenant, minimizing the risks to your property. Another thing that sets VIP apart is our flexibility. We offer a personalized form of property management, tailored to meet your needs and comfort level; you decide to what degree you wish to be involved in the management of your property. When selecting a management company, many owners don't give much thought to liability, but liability is huge for owners and managers alike. Going with a company that isn't up on landlord-tenant law, puts you at risk for a non-compliance lawsuit. With VIP, you have the assurance that all of our practices comply with current applicable laws at all times. VIP happily accommodates owners who like to do their own repairs, as well as those who have preferred repair contractors.
